Welcome to BestChar Terms of Service. These terms govern the use of AI character creation and chat services ("Service") provided by BestChar ("Company" or "we").

1. General Provisions

These terms establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users regarding the use of all services provided by BestChar.

2. Service Agreement

• The service agreement is established when the user agrees to these terms and the Company accepts the service application.
• Agreement to these terms is considered to be expressed by clicking the "Agree" button at the time of application.

3. Service Provision

The services provided by the Company are as follows:

• AI character creation and management
• Real-time chat service
• Character sharing and community

4. Member Obligations

Members shall not engage in the following activities:

• Registering false information
• Misappropriating others' information
• Infringing on the Company's intellectual property rights
• Posting content contrary to public order and morals
• Registering, in the widget or site-crawling (site learning) features, any website that the member does not operate or lack lawful authority over; the member bears all legal responsibility arising from unauthorized collection of third-party sites

5. Privacy Protection

The Company strives to protect members' personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Copyright

• Copyright for all content within the service created by the Company belongs to the Company.
• Rights to AI characters created by members within the service belong to the members.

7. Fees and Payment

• The Company provides some services for free and may offer paid services for certain features.
• Refund matters are subject to applicable laws and the Company's refund policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a lawsuit is filed regarding disputes arising from service use, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
